Telus 5g+ High loaded pingtimes

I recently moved from Bell to Telus here in Toronto. I have a S24 Ultra and I dont see speeds beyond 300mbps 😞 even though I can easily receive 5g+ signal when I move around the city. My plans states its 5g+ (upto 2gbps)

Worst of all the Loaded ping times are insanely high. Is this because its accessing Bell towers ? 

Whats happening ? I even recently reset all network settings.

Is there something can do in the backend and change things ? Also the cellular apps that I use say it use 5G NSA instead of 5G SA (Standalone) could this be influencing the results ?
