Poor service in Okotoks

It appears Telus has terrible service in the Okotoks area.  The community Facebook forum has multiple customers complaining about the service due to tower issues.  When will this be fixed?  As a former Bell customer I never switched to Telus so that I could have terrible service.  My business relies on good service and so far I'm not getting this from Telus.
