Need help to understand the plan (as AI is not allowing me to talk to an agent)
I was just calling the technical support to understand my plan more, but I tried telling the AI that I need to talk to an agent for an hour and it's just kept saying it's not an available option. Can someone here help, please?
I want to know the meaning of:
- UL Can - Can / US LD min
- UL Can-Can/US/Intl SMS & MMS
- USA talk, text & data
Questions, does it mean:
- I can call, text and send photos from Canada to Canada and USA without extra charge?
- I can call, test and send photos from USA to USA and Canada without extra charge and roaming?
- I can use my date to serve the internet in USA without roaming?
- I can text and send photos from Canada to International without extra charge?
Also, I want to understand what is the meaning of:
- Hotspot up to 100GB

UL Can - Can / US LD min: unlimited long distance minutes from Canada to both Canada and the United States.
UL Can-Can / US / Intl SMS & MMS: unlimited text messaging SMS and MMS (sending and receiving) within Canada, and to/from the United States and internationally.
USA talk, text & data: self explanatory; calls, texting, and data that can be used when in the United States
Hotspot of up to 100GB is shareable data that can be used as a hotspot for other mobile devices.
