My Telus App for iOS no longer working

The last time I opened the My Telus App on my iPhone I got a message that an update was available. There was no way to circumvent this so I updated on the App store to My Telus version 4.123.1 which appears to be the newest version of the app. I also installed the update on an iPad. Both the phone and iPad are running iOS/iPadOS version 18.4.1. Now, when I try to retrieve billing Information in the app it returns an error message that says "Sorry, there was an error loading your billing information. Please try again later" It has been like this for at least ten days now.

    If you've already tried reinstalling the app and are still receiving the "error loading your billing information" message, please send us a private message with your account details and device type so we can escalate the issue to our technical team and help get things working properly again.
