Is the website flakier than normal right now?

I recently changed my plan and my call control was taken off.  I've added it back but when I try to look at my call log or add to the 'accepted list' I get nothing.  Tried a different browser, same thing.  Logged in from my phone and I don't even see a call control option and of coarse the chat doesn't work at all.

This company is getting more and more frustrating to deal with!

 

  • I started a thread on this a couple days ago and spoke with a number of Telus reps through various channels.  The Call Control management feature appears to be working again as of today.

  • The Telus website going through my computer still doesn't work but the "My Telus" app on my phone DID allow me to add numbers the 'accepted list'.
