iPhone 11 doesn't receive calls from US numbers while in the US unless number is in contact list
I'm a long haul driver and as the title says, my phone won't receive calls from US numbers while in the US unless the number is in my Contact list. The software on the phone is up to date (iOs 15.7)
What setting on my phone is screwing this up and how the hell do I fix it??
I've already tried to reset the phone, reset the settings, and the classic power down and restart. Nothing worked.

Do the calls show up in your Recents list but the phone doesn't ring?
If that is the case go to Settings>Phone and disable Silence Unknown Callers
- No, calls don’t show up at all, in either Voicemail or Records.

While I haven’t seen it as an international calling issue, it sounds very much like a setting in your Focus options. Have a look at this discussion, and possibly add your situation to it!
