Humanly impossible overcharge on international tex

I have a charge for over $60 for a text sent at 11:19 on January 27 at 40 cents per text and there’s over 100 instances of this charge for this exact time. It’s humanly impossible to send over 100 texts in less than a minute. Who’s the best person or department to fix this error?
