Cellular Apple Watch Call Forwarding Charges
I have an iPhone with an unlimited 40 - unlimited nationwide plan, and a cellular Apple Watch with a OneNumber Unlimited Access plan. When I first got this, my understanding was that I could use my watch to place and receive phone calls. But whenever I answer a phone call on my apple watch I am charged $0.50/minute? I called Telus and the rep told me that I should only answer phone calls on my iPhone to avoid the charge. Could she have been mistaken? The "OneNumber Unlimited Access" plan for my watch, on my bill, says Unlimited Nationwide Calls.

No, that's not correct. With the OneNumber Unlimited Access plan, you can pick up calls on your Apple Watch without being charged extra. Please send us a private message so we can review your account and confirm everything is set up correctly. We'll ensure this is resolved for you!
