Adding an account manager
I would like to add one of the subscribers on my mobility account as a Manager but they do not exist in the list of users and are not in the pending list. How do they submit a request so that they show up in the pending list where I can approve?

If the subscriber you'd like to add as a Manager doesn't appear in the list of users or the pending list, they will need to follow these steps to submit a request for approval:
- Log in or Create an Account:
The subscriber must log in to their own TELUS account at TELUS My Account. If they don’t have an account yet, they’ll need to create one. - Link Their Number to the Account:
They should ensure their mobile number is linked to their TELUS My Account profile. If it isn’t already linked, they can do this by selecting "Add a Service" and following the prompts. - Request Manager Access:
Once logged in, they can request Manager access. This will notify the account owner (you) so that you can approve their request.
