Account canceled
Hello.I was just wondering if my account is canceled, is all I have to do is pay the outstanding balance to get my service restored? Or do I have to get a whole new SIM card or service provider? I would like to stay with Telus ideally. Thank you!

If your service is cancelled, you need start again. If it was only suspended, you need pay the balance and contact Telus to have it restored.
