Drum roll please….We’re excited to unveil the new and improved TELUS Neighbourhood.
Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to give the TELUS Neighbourhood a bit of a facelift. We’ve updated the structure, usability and visuals to bring you the best experience possible. Our goal for the changes were to improve the functionality, and ease of use and reading, for every member of the Neighbourhood.
Key changes you’ll see as you go through our redesigned community:
- Bright and bold, product icons throughout the site
- Simplified forum navigation
- A search bar that’s front and centre!
- Dedicated Group Hub section
- Increased imagery and icons to help visually guide you
- Many other tweaks and fine tunings
I’d like to give a quick shout out to our helpful Community Power Users, WestCoasterBC FuzzyLogic Nighthawk NFtoBC, and our TELUS Community Managers dru & RhoLee for their feedback throughout this redesign journey.
In the upcoming weeks and months, we will continue to evolve this new design to provide the most intuitive experience. If you have any ideas or feedback on how we can further improve the usability, please share your feedback in the comment section below.
