Reactive with the same SIM card

I lost my service today and need to revalid my SIM card.

It's just customers here and community moderators. Your best bet is either to go into a Telus store or to call the support line - 1-866-558-2273

You can only re-use a SIM card with the same phone number and within 90 days of when you last used it.  If it has been more than 90 days, then you will have to purchase a new SIM card, unfortunately.
