I am having problem with my samsung alpha. it is saying no service sometimes and shuts off and comes back on it own. what can I do

just want thank u for sending me a offer to add other line and save. but I am the only one in my house that with u guys and that not going change. so it be nice to get offer that help me.

I have about year left in my contract with u guys when it close to being I am most likely going to be switch back to my old provider or a new. not that there any wrong with u guys just I can bundle my phone with my tv and Internet then.
