Hi there,

 

I am travelling through the states and tried to watch something. Then this popped up. What is this error?

Most likely it's because you're outside Canada. You'll need a Canadian IP address in order to access Pik TV (or Optik TV).

We are new to Pik TV, located in BC. Over the past few days I received this error when trying to watch episodes from the current seasons of two shows - The Good Doctor, and The Bachelor. I even tried the most recently aired episodes of these shows, with no luck.
