I've attempted to contact Telus support via phone a few days in a row. In all three cases the wait time has been estimated to be over an hour. There doesn't appear to be a call back option either. I am shocked that this is seemingly acceptable. It certainly isn't to me. I have a faulty Optik box that needs to be replaced. Other than waiting on hold via phone, what are my other options to make arrangements to get a replacement box?
