Hello,

How long does it take for Free TV Gift to arrive at my location?  Also will it be delivered to home or Telus store for a pick up?  Will we get a tracking number once it's shipped?

It usually takes a few weeks before the gift is shipped, and it should arrive to your door. This issuance of a tracking number may depend on the choice of delivery service. I have not received notice of recent shipments from Telus; there is just a knock at my door!

Thank you for the quick reply....We're moving to Vancouver from Toronto so was wondering how long will it take for TV to get in...since we don't have a TV but paying for TV service lol....
