Worst customer experience ever!!!!

Just Moved In

Have been with Telus for 3 years, but I believe it is the worst customer services I have ever had. I have been trying to contact Telus regarding my billing in the last 2 weeks, but it always put me on hold for 1-2 hours, then never called back as promise. Would spread the words among friends, and definitely going to cancel the services every way I can and never go back to Telus again.

The best time to call is first thing in the morning (7:30am). As the morning progresses, it can get busy really fast to speak to a CSR rep. That being said when offered to save your place in line via a call back number it does work as stated. It's not uncommon to wait 45min or longer after 9am.
