No internet or cable service in Edmonton

Woke up to no cable or Internet service this morning- not a billing issue . What is going on Telus? Box keeps stating waiting to initialize when????

The box will say initializing until the internet connection comes back up. There could be any number of things that have caused the internet to go out. I'd recommend calling Telus and having them check things out.
