Are there specific hours the live agents are available.  I have been waiting about an hour.  Started at 10 people in the queue -- it is now down to three but has stayed at three for about 30 minutes.  Am I wasting my time?

Here are the hours of availability:

Hours

Mon - Fri7:30am - 9pmTechnical support available 24/7
Sat & Sun9am - 8pm

All times local

 

So it depends if you are in the Technical Support queue or seeking other services.

Thanks-- if there are no agents available - perhaps that should be posted on the live chat page - rather than just showing how many people are ahead of me in the queue.

 

Will try calling them tomorrow.
