I like the Telus option, when calling in for assistance, to provide my phone number for a call-back when queues are long, IF THE OPTION ACTUALLY WORKS! On Sunday, August 19, 2018, I called Telus to obtain landline support. On the first call, I was advised that the wait was about 1 hour. I provided my phone number and was advised that I would be called "within the hour". After waiting 2 hours, I called a second time and was advised that the wait was about 30 minutes. I provided my phone number and was advised that I would be called "shortly". I never heard from Telus. I'm not impressed. Your telephone support system clearly needs serious review and repair.
