I think that you should be able to add an IPad or Apple watches to your Telus plan without having to add it to your phone plan.

Telus formerly had independent Tablet plans, but it seems they have disappeared from the website, possibly due to lack of interest from customers.

The Watch is dependent on an iPhone to which it is associated. I don't see it being offered on an independent plan.
