Telus needs to review their policy, and how their team approaches door to door sales. “Taking no for an answer” is antiquated and definitely not acceptable in today’s standards.
In all likelihood the sales people were sub contractors and not Telus employees. As such they come and go daily so the likelihood of those specific sales people getting any kind of reprimand is slim.
I took down my "No solicitors" sign many years ago as it never stopped any of them. Now I just smile and say "No thank you" as I close the door. The key is to close the door without hesitation even if they are still talking to you. Do not give them any reasons for why you are not interested as it just motivates them to counter your reasons.

To the best of my knowledge Telus doesn't have any way to contact them via email.
Many companies appear to be shifting away from email support.

At least Telus has other options to contact them. It's nearly impossible to get support for Google/Alphabet products outside of forums and websites unless you are an administrator.

LoL @ the Super soakers comment! Yeah, very likely sub contractors... it wouldn't hurt to call TELUS and ask for your home address to be added to a no-visit list.
