Just signed contract that now includes Crave w/ HBO. Was subscribed to Crave already. Paying twice?

Just like the title reads...I was subscribed to Crave w/ HBO directly for the $20/month, but just signed contract with Telus which included Crave w/ HBO in the package. I was told they will consolidate somehow so I'm not paying my Telus bill (which now includes Crave) plus the $20 fee I was paying to Crave directly. Do I have to do anything to facilitate this?

I suggest watching your bill to confirm. They are two different packages from two different suppliers, so your former package will need to be canceled.

The safest way to ensure that you are not being double charged for your existing and new Crave account is to manually cancel your previous account. Your account through Telus will not be impacted by this.
