I have the Telus Talk and Messaging 10 plan with automatic top up set with my credit card.
Tonight when I opened my credit card bill it shows i have been charged twice on the same day. Instead of one transaction for $11.30 ($10.00 + tax) I have two transactions for $11.30 on September 16, 2018.
But when i checked my My Telus accounts transaction history, it shows what it is supposed to, one top up transaction on September 16, 2018.
Any ideas as to why I was double billed for one transaction?

Any billing issues must be dealt with a customer service rep. Give TELUS a call in the morning.

Deal with your CC company on that, and then stop auto-top-ups.
