The back of your optic box you will see Video/Audio Output 1 connect your RCA cords (red, white, yellow) from the receiver to the TV input (red, white, yellow).
Turn on the tv and receiver, select the "Video Input" on the TV. Video 1,2,3 etc to whatever the source is labelled you plugged the RCA cord into.
You may need to unplug your receiver and plug it back in. If you don't have video.
