Tried "*94" to change number of rings to voicemail and it does not work. Is there another way?

If for Home Phone, that is the only way I am familiar with to complete this task.

Hey @Sixofsix - you definitely have voicemail with us? You are not using your own answering machine? It is *94, so make sure you wait a little before changing the amount of rings. If this does not work, try *91 first to deactivate busy call forwarding - sometimes we turn this feature on by accident which will then cause *94 not to work and default your rings to 2 rings. Once you press *91 and hang up, try *94 again with the number of rings you want. Let me know if this worked!
