Hi Telus, I'm wondering why your Business Analyst didn't capture this requirement that when an account is closed, the customer don't receive online statement notification. I'm receiving three emails/month which two of the accounts is closed months ago! This is a simple validation before the auto email is sent.Hope they implement it soon since it become annoying and kind of spam. Thank you!

Easy fix, use chat online and they can stop all email contact. http://www.telus.com/chat
I agree, should stop after you cancel your services. On thing normally stopping this, is any amount owing or being owed. This will leave the account open, with the emails still being sent.
