As an existing Telus customer, am I entitled to the incentives that you are offering should I re subscribe to your bundle services?

The incentives are available to those who have not subscribed to TELUS TV or Internet services in the past 90 days. You  can find more information here: http://www.telus.com/content/great-deals/

You can also contact Customer Care at 310-6988 to see if you qualify.
