Is there a reason pre-authorized payments are deducted on the billing date instead of the due date (or nearer to the due date)? It seems that PAC customers are penalized for making an arrangement that is convenient for both TELUS and themselves.

Thanks for the response. I will certainly check further ... granted, this is been the way TELUS has always done it ... i.e. deduct PAP on billing date instead of on the due date but ... I will quote your response in the chat with customer care
