Online Ordering NEVER works for me?

I want to be able to order channels online, but when I go to use that feature it never works. All that shows up are my current channels, but when I click to add channels, nothing comes up. When I first signed up for Telus I was able to use this feature, but I have tried numerous times over the past few months and it is never working. I alwayys have to call or chat which is a pain. 

 

Anyone else notice this feature not working?

That is a little odd. Have you tried to add the channels directly from your TV ?

Does this option require a telephone connection to the interface box?

Are you using Optik or Satellite TV?

You do not require an telephone connection for Optik TV.
