my initial post.
lg smart tv message "premium service is affected by your internet connection. contact your internet service provider for internet connection problems" when i select netflix for example, message "network is disconnected. please check the connection" what connection? i have telus internet wireless connected.
i phoned telus on my vonage voip and message is "the number dialed can not be reached from your area" , i tried to live chat, but could not connect.
any help would be appreciated,
