You will not be able to reset your voicemail password on the forums here. Your best bet is to either log in to your Telus account and try there or contact Telus by phone or online chat.

Thank you for the advice.
My contact with a robotic online chat was unluckily interrupted by a
phone call to the house and I couldn't find my way through multiple
screens to get back to it.
The telephone option robot informed me that a person might come on the
line after 35 minutes.
Luckily the correct old password bubbled up from my sub-conscience.
No thanks to Telus.
