I haven't seen a home phone bill since Telus changed it online account access. Prior to that I had a home phone account and a mobility account. The home phone account just disappeared and now I can't link my home phone to the online mobility access. It would be nice to actually get a bill again. Does anyone know how to link these accounts. When I try and link the home phone through the mobility account it keeps wanting to text me a code to the home phone number. There is no option to change how you receive this code so invariably the linking fails. Help.
