Can't Register Account

A link was emailed to me in order to register my account. When I click to register, or copy and paste, I get an error message: No account is linked to this profile. 

 

Any advice?

Hi, you'll normally get this error message if you already have an account associated with your actual email. Contact Telus by phone or via the social media and they'll be able to reset your access.
