I cannot access my Optic TV account. I can access the Overview page but not the TV.
When I go to 'My TELUS', then to Optik etc., I can get to the point of selecting theme packs & channels.
What steps are you taking when you find the problem?
Lucky you because the green wheel and the word loading.......is still there for me. I tried again one minute ago. I cannot see my channels.....
Have you tried re-starting your browser, or clearing cookies? If it works for one, it should work for any of us.
