Side rant:
We don't buy the idea that Telus wants to conserve paper for altruistic reasons. If the differential cost between serving paper versus ebills is actually the surprisingly round number of $2, it would have made more sense to permanently *discount* $2 to ebill customers, instead of surcharging $2 to paper bill customers.
But us adults really know how things happen, don't we?

The 'saving the environment' is such garbage
The reality is $2 pays for the paper, printer, envelope and bulk mail stamp.
The money man at companies see it as a $2 revenue increase anyways, when weighed against how many people sign up for ebill.
