Movie Ratings Missing when searching via Live TV Guide only PLUS - Date not on first/main screen

Hi

 

As a new Telus client I find it frustrating that I cannot search the Guide, locate a movie I might be interested in on live TV and not immediately see an average rating.  I know I can find a rating on movies when searching thru On Demand but that's time consuming as I've already searched programs at a particular time.  

 

Also, when clicking on 'Guide' one must then click on 'info' to see the production date of a TV show unless you want to wait while the info scrolls thru 2-3 screens.  This is frustrating when I want to watch a 'new' show within a series that may have hundreds of time slots and reruns.  Can the date not be put to the first screen that comes up?  thank you!

@keflimama You’re welcome to post feature request(s) you’d like to see in the ideas section. Telus employees read and do follow up on all postings there. 

 

The optik platform has been evolving lately with an all new Optik App and Optik TV Website. Also updated features to Optik TV receivers (YouTube and platform enhancements)

 

More suggestions help Telus to keep evolving the Optik TV platform. A “new” in the guide would be a nice feature to have.

Thanks - did not know about the New Ideas link - will use it.  Also the Watchoptik link - went there and did not find anything that I needed but good to know.  Have downloaded the Optik app which will come in handy at times for sure - used the one with Shaw a couple of times when I was away from home .  Love the option for sure!  Telus Guide has certainly changed for the better since I was last a Telus client just a couple of years ago!  So am hopeful.
