Time of day makes a difference..... evenings are the worst.
Support operates 24/7. Give them a call late evening or early morning for shorter wait times. Otherwise, be prepared for longer waits.

@Fisherguy Seems to work fine when I checked. Live chat isn’t mobile friendly, it’s meant to be utilized from desktop PC/Mac.
