hi there!
I made a payment on my bill this morning but my home services don't seem to be working. Have I been disconnected?

Was the bill really past due? If yes then there's a chance the service not working may be related. You'd need to call Telus in that instance.

 

If the bill wasn't late, it may be just a coincidence. Try the basic internet troubleshooting, or the TV troubleshooting. If it's still not working, contact Telus.
