My optic tv / internet goes down daily for up to 30 minutes sometime between 6:00pm and 8:30 pm. Anyone else experience this? My neighbor does not experience this problem.

Yes I have contacted them every 3rd day. I am tired of this issue as it has gone on for 3 months... I have had technicians out 5 times.... no one has any ideas why, testing shows nothing amiss.
