Won't let me enter. Asks for a phone number and it says it sent confirmation code. never received it. like 8 times tried to resend it. from pc and mobile.

Okay must be Telus getting hacked or something. Wife is unable to login to her account either. Telus is broken.

It will not send the confirm message to my phone. I found a way around logging in, but it is an extra step or two. Meanwhile, I have to do workaround everytimg, because i get no message to the number i enter.

I got the ‘Set up a recovery number’ prompt when I logged in just now. Simply chose the ‘ignore’ option and completed the login.
