Internet has been dropping lately (on and off) in the saddleridge area, already tried to reset my router by unplugging and through the reset button, and issues on both wired and wireless connections.
It may even be something with the connection outside your house. I'd suggest contacting Telus directly and have them check. If there are issues or errors with the connection they can typicaly spot them pretty fast. Some fixes are also fast, but some may need a tech if it's a physical issue with hardware or phone lines.
