It's possible that account suspension is not directly linked to the payment/accounting system. It may take some time to generate the list of accounts to suspend/unsuspend and get it to the other system.
Try contacting customer support. They may be able to do it for you.
Yes I have reset the modem. And yes I’ve contacting customer support they’ve told me up to 24hrs so I guess I’m waiting. My mixup anyways due and it is what it is. I just thought it was weird that it takes that long when made by credit card.
