Service status not reporting

Just Moved In
So frustrated today. Waited to speak to an agent about my internet being out, was told to check there is nothing reporting. Poor internet service and poor customer service. Winning all around today, telus. Just wanted to check the status of my internet outage.

Small area status are not reported. If your internet is not working, the CSR should have opened a ticket for you to effect repair.
