No lights on actiontec v1000a and no internet as well, modem is plugged into a power source and i’ve factory reset and normally reset the modem, any solutions?

NO lights suggests a power supply problem, either the wall wart, or internally. Do you have the option to try another power supply of the same voltage output and wattage, or test the power supply somehow?
The V1000h is an older device, and may have failed.

not in particular, i’m just using the cords the modem came with.

Probably best to call Telus at this point. If the modem is the issue, they'll replace it with the new one.
