Did you heave these services with credentials supplied by TSN Go or Sportsnet, or have you always signed with Optik credentials?

All working now...
A little more info. Last July when hockey ended I had the Sportsnet and TSN Go working fine with my optik credentials on my Xbox One. I got the same error across the Sportsnet and TSN web sites along with the iPhone apps. Error occured within the Optik window that shows up when try to link the Telus account.
Looks like they had identity issues at Telus but got them fixed. Maybe my 1 hour chat was worth it after all with support.
