If you are having service issues, your best bet is to contact Telus directly. 99% of the time it's not an outage. If not posted on the outages page, either troubleshoot or call Telus.
- Can't connect to your TELUS home internet: All my devices cannot connect
- Can’t connect to your TELUS home internet: Some of my devices cannot connect
