I cannot use one of my telus.net email accounts. The other one works just fine. I keep getting a request for credentials. Cannot log in through email or outlook.

Have you tried through the webmail.telus.net webpage? If still having problems through webmail, and are certain your credentials are correct, you may need to contact Telus to get a reset.
