Usually if registerdevice.telus.com/activation is coming up, there was either a hardware change in your house (new modem, bridged, other) or an error somewhere. More IPs are in use than your account allows and they likely just have to clear one of the old ones. If you don't remember your Telus login, call tech support and they should be able to sort it out pretty fast.

Restart your computer and then Unplug/Plug your Telus boxes.
Most technical difficulties will resolve itself by restarting your boxes and computer.
