How can I contact customer support when they are saying they are closed ? It’s Saturday the site says they’re open.

The home phone, internet and TV number is only open 8AM to 9PM Monday to Friday, unless you specifically select the option for technical support.

What number are you calling, and which options on the Automated Assistant are you choosing?
